History of Clogging !
Clogging is a percussive dance in which you wear special shoes to make rythmic sounds with your feet. Clogging is also a great form of aerobic excercise which can help with coordination and flexbility.
APC teaches beginners, kids and adults, up to competition level dancing. Clogging has evolved tremendously over the past 100 years but APC likes to teach all styles and aspects of the dance to stay close to the history but also allow young people to dance to music they know and like as well. If you ever have thought about taking a class, come on out!!! We bet you will love it!!!!!
